Samuel Lincoln III is a results-driven cloud and cybersecurity leader with more than 23 years of experience modernizing mission-critical systems for federal agencies, Fortune 500 enterprises, and complex public-sector environments. As Founder and CEO of SURELINC, LLC, an SBA 8(a) certified federal prime contractor, Samuel leads the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and data-driven cloud solutions across AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments.
